This 1930s bungalow was in a very tired state until Dan Gilmore got his hands on it. Typical for the era, the layout sacrificed too much space for the large laundry and the communal spaces all faced South.
Dan and the team removed all the original sarking, relined the rooms with gib board, and adjusted the interior layout to make the most of the Northern sun at the rear of the property. A new open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining space, a new bathroom and a deck completed the rejuvenation, creating a very liveable, modern home at a very affordable price.
